User Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with local recording laws when usingSilentProof. Some jurisdictions require all-party consent for audio recording. Check your local laws before capturing audio.

Purchases

SilentProof offers a one-time Pro in-app purchase through Apple's App Store.

• Free users receive unlimited incident recording and 3 PDF exports
• Pro includes unlimited PDF export with the same core evidence workflow
• Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store's policies
• Purchases are tied to the Apple Account used at checkout and can be restored with that account on a compatible device
• Refunds, taxes, local pricing, and payment disputes are handled by Apple

User-Generated Content

Audio recordings, notes, and records you create remain under your control. We do not access or sell your recordings.
